✅ Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Perishable items (treats, supplements) cannot be returned once opened

📧 How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@pawvon.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24-48 hours.

💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
